[25259] after her family returned from England after WW I, she stayed with her aunt Julia Annie Arnold in Durban when the rest of the family went to Rhodesia.

On 7 Aug 1928 she sailed from Cape Town to Southampton, England with a destination address of Colton Vicarage - obviously to visit her brother George "Fritz" who was the vicar. She was accompanied by her mother.
