Mr. DeMoss was born on December 12, 1943 in Decatur, Texas to Clyde and Nora Mae (Schribe) DeMoss. Mr. DeMoss married Frances Thomas on November 24, 1995 in Wichita Falls, Texas. He worked for the Texas Highway Department for 28 years and was a Maintenance Technician for five years. Mr. DeMoss was an Associate Pastor at the Eagles Nest Ministries. Survivors include his wife, Frances DeMoss of Wichita Falls, Texas; mother-in-law Agatha Ramsey and husband Don of Wichita Fall, Texas; one daughter, Angela Kafer and husband Stacie of Boyd, Texas; five sons, Melton "Bud" DeMoss and wife Shannon of Wichita Falls, Texas, Joshua DeMoss of Wichita Falls, Texas, Eddie Givins and wife Kandice of Thornberry, Texas, Ernie Givins and wife Sheri of Iowa Park, Texas, Robert Cox and wife Lora of Marysville, California; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six brothers, Clifford DeMoss and wife Thelma of Ringgold, Texas, Gene DeMoss and wife Lynn of Sunset, Texas, Wade DeMoss and wife Juanita of Bowie,Texas, Melvin DeMoss and wife Marge of Bowie, Texas, Richard DeMoss and wife Phyllis of Wichita Falls, Texas, Ray DeMoss and wife Linda of Bowie, Texas, four sisters, Bea Pitchman of Saginaw, Texas, Joyce Swaggert and husband Bill of Saginaw, Texas, Faye Pittman and husband Ed of Bowie, Texas, Nelda Hamilton and husband Warren of Ringgold, Texas.
