Berkeley Township - Virginia B. Schreib, age 88, of Holiday City Section of Berkeley Township passed away on Monday, November 24, 2020 of natural causes with family at bedside. Virginia was born on August 31, 1932 to Helen and John Smith at St. Mary's Hospital, Hoboken.
Virginia grew up in Hoboken and attended Our Lady of Grace School. She married Robert G. Schreib on February 10, 1951 and was married for 69 years to him until his death earlier this year.
Virginia attended Middlesex County Adult Technical College and received her Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma graduating first in her class. She was a long term employee at Federated Stores as their Nurse. After residing in Fords NJ for 40 years, she settled in Holiday City twenty six years ago.
Virginia is predeceased by her husband Bob, her two sons John and Kenneth, her siblings Eileen Theil, James, John, Jerry Smith, and her loving younger sisters Joan Cunning and Marietta Earl.
She is survived by her sons, Robert Jr. of Toms River, Richard of Austin TX, and Christopher of Lumberton NJ. 7 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren.
